We reserve the right to end this listing anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please review the following sale terms and contact us with any questions. The following terms ally to all of our vehicle listings.

Vehicle Condition

Please understand that we do our very best to properly describe and display the condition of our vehicles however these are used vehicles and data is collected and input by a human. Therefore, please do not hold Southern Diesel Truck Co. and its employees accountable for omissions or typographical errors within the description or listing of our vehicle listings. We make every effort to accurately describe any and all information regarding our inventory including paintwork, suspension alterations, performance equipment, exhaust / emissions alterations, and imperfections. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical imperfections inherent to their year and mileage. Also, please be advised that some factory equipment such as multiple keys, remotes, floor mats, manuals, nav discs, etc. may not be included with the vehicle. If we have any of these items were acquired with the vehicle when it was obtained by us, they will be included with the sale. Buyers Inspection

Southern Diesel Truck Co. does recommend a buyers inspection prior to auction end. Southern Diesel Truck Co. is not responsible for fees or charges associated with a buyers inspection.

Buyers Located outside of NY State

By submitting your deposit, you are entering into a legally binding contract to complete the purchase of this vehicle. All vehicles sold outside of NY state are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Please call or email with any questions or concerns pertaining to this. Southern Diesel Truck Co. charges a $75 documentation fee on all vehicle transactions. All prices posted online do not include any state or county fees. We offer 45 day in-transit permits for buyers outside of NY State for $12.50.

Buyers located in NY State

By, submitting your deposit, you are entering into a legally binding contract to complete the purchase of this vehicle. Vehicles sold to NY retail buyers will be NY State Inspected prior to customer pickup and will comply with section 198.b of the NY general business law. Please call or email for details pertaining to this. For NY retail buyers we can issue new license plates as well as transfer current non-expired plates. Fees for this will vary. All prices posted online do not include any state or county fees. Please contact a representative for further assistance. Southern Diesel Truck Co. charges a $75 documentation fee on all vehicle transactions.

Payment Methods:

Cash (in person), certified check, or 3rd party financing. All funds must be in US Dollars only. We do offer financing options. However if you choose to finance with us, an approval must be in place prior to bidding. Full payment is due within 7 days.

Deposit

We require a $500 deposit immediately. Acceptable forms of deposit include paypal, visa, mastercard, or American Express. By submitting your deposit you are legally entering a contract to purchase this vehicle. Please have payment arrangements made prior to bidding or selecting the “buy it now” option. We will contact the buyer immediately via email. Please contact Southern Diesel Truck co. within 24 hours of auction end to may arrangements for final payment. Full payment is due within 7 days. If these terms are not met we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle (non-paying bidder). Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been mis-represented or does not pass a professional on-site inspection.

Shipping

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless previously arranged with Southern Diesel Truck Co. We can assist purchaser with arranging shipping. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our facility.
