S14 SR20DET 99k miles, NO RESERVE

I've got a 1997 Nissan 240sx LE, /99k miles, 14 SR20DET motor w/45k miles, spd manual transmission. There's NO Loan/Lien on car, lean Title in hand. Not interested in trades. I've maintained and invested so much into this car for many years, y loss is your gain. Its never been in an accident so body and paint is good, ut clear coat on rear driver quarter panel starting to peel. All power equipment and heater works, /C doesn’t because the pressure line needs to be replaced. I have the part, ust never had it installed. Tire tread is ok, ut dry rotted, ould use new tires.
