1983 Renault Turbo 2

Up for auction is my 1983 Renault Turbo 2.

The car has just over 61,000km and the kilometers are original. This Renaultwasan originalGermany delivered car, hen sold on to Japan in 1988, here it lived until I bought it and brought it to Canada.
As you can see from the pictures the car is in excellent shape. From top to bottom, his is an unmolested, ust free, riginal car.
Excellent original paint on all panels. All 4 fiberglass fenders and the hood are in %100 perfect shape, ith no cracking or spider webbing. On a lot of these cars the fiberglass piecesreally show their age if not taken care of.
The driving experience is something everyone should experience. With the motor at your back, ssentially sharing the passenger compartment, t' a drive unlike any other.
The previous owner stated the motor was rebuilt in 2009, ut unfortunately I never did receive the documentation.

The car has only 3 modifications.
- beautiful set of Pansport G7 wheels. 16inch rear, 5inch front. Current tires are 245/45/16 rear, nd 195/50/15 front. I do not have the original wheels. This wheel set allows you to run modern sized rubber which is much cheaper and easier to get
- A silicone hose kit, hich eliminates the vacuum leak issues that arise with 30 year old rubber hoses.
- a very cool set of original Turbo 1 seats. Extremely rare and valuable.

The car runs, rives, tops, nd accelerates as it should.

As you can see from the shine, he paint is superb. I spent around 15 hours giving it a cut/polish and wax.

I will note, hat the tires are on the older side, erfectly useable but I want to mention it.
The brake pads are on the lower end. Since I only put a few hundred KM a year on my toy cars, hey would last me 10 more years, ut if you plan to track it or drive it hard they wont last 10 years. New pads are 45 euro front and rear (same pad actually).
There are a couple very small scratches and 1 tiny stone chip, ll very minor and nothing out of the ordinary. You cant even see them unless I pointed them out
