1959 Renault 4cv in good operating condition. Completely restored braking system (drums, lines, shoes, hoses, wheel cylinders, m cylinder), new exhaust system, 4 brand new radial Firestone tires on restored rims, NOS spare tire, tuned up, carb rebuilt, oil changed, fresh antifreeze. Motor runs well, clutch and transmission shift good. Headlights, brake lights, and taillights work. fuel gauge, turn signals, horn are not operating. Car needs shock absorbers and stabilizer bar links, bushings. Sometimes requires carb priming to start in the morning. Does not smoke, cooling system operates well. Body is decently solid, support structure and floors are in good shape, some rust on rocker panels. All glass is present, not cracked or broken. Vinyl upholstery in good shape, could use shampooing. Headliner is ripped up. Fun and unusual head turner. These strange little French cars don't turn up very often. This one is a good survivor. Car operates pretty well however I make no guarantees or promises due to age of vehicle. Included in purchase is an extra motor(good), rear, and trans as well as a few boxes of misc. parts. Also included in sale, new front grill assembly and center diamond "badge" (a $250 purchase) Sold with bill of sale only. Buyer responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with pick up. NOTE: front left fender is a fiberglass replacement ordered directly from France. Fits well. Original available but is paper thin and rusty. Probably was junk yard replacement for one damaged in accident but I do not know.
