This is a complete 1960 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II that has been completely disassembled. The body and frame were media blasted to remove all paint and rust. It seems that all Rolls Royce's have rust at some level and this one was no exception. Any rust that was found was cut out and new panels were fabricated to restore the factory strength and appearance. The body was placed on a rotisserie to ensure all areas were cleaned and coated. While the body was of the entire chassis was rebuilt. The engine. transmission and rear differential were all professionally rebuilt and have 0 miles. The engine was started in order to test everything. The steering gear box was disassembled. cleaned and reassembled with new gaskets and seals. Disc brakes were added to all four wheels for better stopping. but retain the original remote glass reservoirs mounted on the inner fender. The original wood interior trim is complete but would be best to refinish. All exterior trim and grill is in very good condition but should be polished. The body has been professionally straightened including primed and block sanded several times to ensure that it is straight. It currently remains disassembled awaiting paint. The interior is all leather but appears to be the original and is showing it's age and should be replaced. It will need to be rewired but all of the old harness is available. The previous owner invested over $100. 00 in this project before losing interest and has moved on to other things. This car was originally white with burgundy interior but could be any color you prefer at this point. The glass is in good shape except one door glass that is cracked. but it is flat glass in the doors. Many more photos available upon request.
