1956 Bentley S1 Saloon

1956 Bentley S1. Car is recently out of long term storage. I flushed the fuel system out, ot the car running, riving, nd stoping, ut it still needs some work before it will be completely road worthy. car starts hard when it's cold but once it warms up runs good. shifts through all the gears but it shifts a little hard. needs exhaust, hocks, nd would probably benefit from a carb rebuild. Car is overall very solid and pretty much original with a repaint done in the 80s which unfortunately is lacquer and has some cracking. there is a small dent in the right rear fender. The heater core is disconnected so I assume it probably leaked. All glass is good. Interior is in excellent condition. Leather is very clean, arpet is nice, ood is showing its age but no damage. headliner does have a few small holes in it. Also has original owners manual. Overall nice presentable car that is complete. Has tons of potential and with a little work would be great for someone who just wants to drive this iconic car, r would also be a great candidate for a restoration back to perfect.
