2004 F150 Super Crew 4 Door 220K drives like 80k

I am selling my f150. I recently bought it from a friend who bought it new. I thought I would use it more but I have a small truck and an Envoy so I really just don't need it. It has had a pretty easy life,only off road a few times hunting. Mostly commuting him to work, e was transferred to several jobs so he racked up the miles. It was never neglected as he did not want to be broken down on the side of the road. I know he had the rear end rebuilt last year, he front ball joints and 4wd hubs done the year before, s was the fuel pump. I put a muffler and tail pipe on it. It drives down the road like it has 80k on it. The only thing not working as it should is the trailer receiver, t's rusted in place. I know he had the rocker panels repaired due to rust a year or so ago for inspection. I had it inspected when I bought it a few months ago and it was no problem. I would expect any 10 year old vehicle in the northeast would have some degree of rust. The tires are all good as are the brakes. I use it a few times a week to keep things moving.
Just to make known. The light for the odometer,temp, nd compass was out. I looked on youtube and it looked very easy to change. I attempted to do it and broke the cluster. I bought a used cluster here on ebay and installed it. I put a tag on the door frame showing what the mileage was on the original cluster and the one I installed. Roughly 7000 miles less then the one I took out. Not a big deal with the miles on it but the next owner should be aware.
