Terms of Sale
•Buyer must provide at least a $5000 deposit via bank wire transfer, credit card, or bank cashiers check within 48 hours of auction end and balance must be paid by bank wire transfer or bank cashiers check within 5 days thereafter
•Vehicle will be released to shipper or to you ONLY after funds have cleared or have been verified.
•Deposit is non-refundable.
•We accept cash, wire, credit cards, cashiers check, or you can deposit the money into our business checking account
•If you live in FL, you will pay us 6% sales tax and any county surtax and DMV Tag & Title Fees
•If you live outside of Florida, sales tax IS collected at YOUR state's sales tax rate up to a maximum of 6%
•You will be given a special notarized form (FL DR-123) that states that you have paid this sales tax and you will NOT be double taxed on the amount of tax you paid when you get home
•This is FL LAW and the sales tax is collected even if you hire a transport company to get the vehicle for you
•If you live outside of the USA, you are tax exempt ONLY if you have the vehicle trucked away from us by a licensed export company and a Bill of Lading and Export Receipt must be provided to us
•Dealers need to provide a valid dealer license and sales tax resale certificate to be tax exempt
•This is Florida law and we will follow the law. No Exceptions !! 
•We can also help you arrange FINANCING as we have over 30 different lenders!
•We can also work with your Finance lender or provider to expedite funding
