This car is especially suitable for someone who has a rusty or damaged MGB and needs a solid. clear titled. rolling body shell to move their good running gear and interior over to. That's what it was going to be used for before the owner passed away. I'm selling it for his widow who is a dear friend of mine. It's been a Southwest car forever and has spent the last 22 years under cover in a garage in the dry. desert climate of St. George. Utah (before that it was in Las Vegas. similar climate). It rolls and steers very easily and all tires hold air so it's very easy to move around. There are no signs of accident history anywhere on the body. It has a pencil tip sized rust hole in the right rear quarter panel and two more on the floor board under the drivers seat (see pics). The only rust of any substance is an easily repaired flat section on the passenger side of the transmission tunnel (see pics). The body is primarily the original British Racing Green but it looks like a prior owner was trying to go burgundy at some point and never finished. The undercarriage looks really good with only surface rust (see pics). The battery box on the drivers side has suffered some bending to the L channel. again. easily fixable stuff when considering the overall solidity of the body (see pics). The transmission in the pictures will be removed prior to auction end. A big plus is it's a wire wheel car and they are in great shape. And it even comes with the keys. I hope this car ends up in the hands of an MGB aficionado who needs a great body as the basis for his next project. My name is Chris and I am happy to answer your questions.
