Easy starting and smooth idle, uns, ooks and IS Excellent!
Larger 1600 engine and front disc brakes of later model MGAs
Original Engine, ransmission and rear end
Full frame off restoration completed 2012
102000 miles, 000 miles since restoration and complete engine rebuild.

Restoration Details
- Everything stripped to bare metal
- KBS undercoating (POR-15 equivalent) to frame, plash panels, anels behind fenders and interior side of fenders.
- New interior and exterior rocker panels, and B posts. KBS on interior surfaces. Waxolyl sprayed to interior cavities and surfaces
- Original 1600 engine rebuilt (.020), odified with rear seal
- Carbs professionally rebuilt (Jim Taylor)
- Petronix electronic distributor
- Spin on oil filter (original Tecalemit filter included)
- Oil Cooler
- Supplemental Electric fan with variable thermostat (removable)
- Coolant recovery system adapted (removable)
- Converted to Negative Ground –cigarette lighter port for power access
- New clothed wiring harness
- Front stabilizer bar installed
- Original Brake Master cylinder professionally bored and brass sleeved
- New brake lines, oses and wheel cylinders
- Rebuilt Front Disc Brake calipers
- New Brake pads, hoes, rums and rotors
- Dot 5 non-corrosive silicone brake fluid
- Baffled fuel tank – drained, leaned and sealed with KBS Tank Sealer
- New SU electronic fuel pump
- New 48 spoke chrome wheels (original painted spoke wheels included)
- New eared knock off wheel nuts
- New Radial tires
- Original gauges and switches (fuel gauge repaired – all work great)
- Nearly all seals and rubber components – new
- Hard points installed during restoration for 3 point harness (for shoulder straps)
Currently using only lap belt portion of 3 point belts.
Interior
- Firewall, ulkhead, oot wells and tunnel lined with foiled insulation
- Q-pad sound deadening on doors - also gives doors solid feel and operation
- Some new floor board brackets on frame, ll blasted and coated with KBS undercoat
- New floor boards, ndercoated on bottom side
- Seat bases and frames restored
- New seat foams under previous “non-correct” seat covers, et of new “Correct” Black with blue piping seat covers included with car (Scarborough Faire)
- New window Bag across rear behind seats
- New door and foot well panels
- New carpet and spare tire cover (matching)
- New steering wheel
Exterior
- Stripped to bare metal, tching primer, hen professional painted in Original Iris Blue with clear coat (Dupont ChromaPremier)
- New chrome bumpers (originals included)
- New stainless steel exhaust
- Windshield framing rechromed
- New windshield glass and seals
- New Tonneau and Everflex top with zippered rear window (Scarborough Faire)
- Window frames covered in matching vinyl (as original, xtremely rare in any MGA)
- New mirrors
- New grille
