Offered for sale, rom KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, s this very nice MGA Roadster. This car was just purchased out of a car collection in Minnesota where the older owner chose to downsize his MG collection. It is a lovely running and driving car. A few years ago it received an expensive, ery high quality Urethane repaint in it's original and pretty Chariot Red paintwork.
At the time of the respray, his car also was treated to a new rubber kit, ew set of tires, ew front and rear bumpers with overriders, ew black carpets, ew black tonneau cover, wner's manual.
The car has been mechanically maintained as necessary by the collector's local mechanic. Evidence of recent work includes brakes, egulator, attery, enerator, radiator restore, nd more.The car starts easily on the button with no smoke or noises, evs well, as excellent oil pressure (50-60psi at speed), nd runs briskly and happily down the road. Steering, uspension, rakes, nd gearbox are up to the mark. The wheels and tires are excellent.
The car's underside is clean and detailed. The engine compartment is clean, ell-preserved, nd mostly original paint.
The car's interior is very nice with comfortable, orn-in black leather seats. The carpets have been renewed and the dashboard was correctly painted body color.
The car is sold with a set of original, sable sidecurtains and a new tonneau cover.
The car could use a few knick-knacks: The top frame has been painted and installed. A very good condition used soft top is included but has not been fitted yet. The temp gauge is disconnected and the fuel gauge is currently not operating. New red door seals are provide and need to be installed.
Overall, his very attractive and popular MGA presents a good opportunity to acquire a "ready to enjoy" classic Roadster for the summer. These MG's have enjoyed good appreciation because of their daily usability factor and ease of driving with light controls. A very pretty, esirable sportcar ready for lots of fun.
