MG ZB MAGNETTE SEDAN (Daily Driver)

1958 MG ZB MAGNETTE SEDAN

I’m sadly offering my 58 ZB for auction. It has been a daily summer time driver and the kids love the little family MG. It’s used every few days and has even made it to a few British car shows and local cruise inn’s. The car is a good little driver, good oil pressure; cool water temps, generator maintains the battery fine, and the engine is a non-smoker (exhaust). There are very few miles on the new tires. The car has proven to be very reliable; it starts right up and runs smooth. It sports an older non-professional restoration. Although it looks good from a few feet away it is starting to push the window for a fresh paint job and a good detailing. There is no rust through but looks to have some bondo in the body. Seats are great and the carpet is good. The wood dash and other wood trim are in great shape. The original color as indicated by the VIN is gray.

The main reason for selling is to finance the restoration on my other ZB. I had to choose one for a complete restoration and one to sell. My other car is a non-runner so decided to restore that one. I will also free up garage space for the winter project.

Please keep in mind this is nearly a 60 year old MG, what you see is what you get. There are lots of pictures for you and I will take more on request and answer any question.

I am making this a 7 day auction to allow anyone time to make an appointment to see the car in person. I will assist in the loading /shipping of the car in any way I can but I have no shipping details, it’s all up to the buyer. I ask for a deposit of $500 within two days of auction end and full payment/pickup within seven days. The car is listed locally and the auction could end early.
