2006 Scion xB: 5-SPEED, 18" WHEELS, GREAT MPG, BELOW MARKET VALUE!

Welcome to my listing and thank you for taking the time to view this wonderful car. For your consideration is a 2006 Scion xB 5 door wagon, uilt by the dependable Toyota Motor Company.

I have owned this car since February 2007, nd have had a lot of fun in it. As much as I love this vehicle, 'm only selling it to help fund my wife's college education; she is studying Nuclear Engineering (yikes!). I'm sorry to see it go, ut I know I will find a great home for it.

When it comes to superior fuel-efficiency, lenty of versatility, nd great looks, his Scion xB cannot be beat.

First, t gets up to 35 miles per gallon. When on a long trip on the interstate, have traveled up to 350 miles on a tank of gas (gas light comes on after about 10 gallons expire). You can fill up the tank for around $20 nowadays!

Next, his is a spacious and useful vehicle. It is very comfortable with plenty of leg and head room (I'm 6'2"). I'm an avid mountain biker and my Specialized Stumpjumper easily fits in the back with the seats folded down. Also, he high ceiling makes it great for moving a lot of boxes, urniture, tc. in a single trip. If you appreciate good driving, ou'll enjoy its manual transmission and great visibility with large windows running the entire perimeter. This xB is a LOT of fun to cruise around in!

Also, he car comes with a beautiful shadow mica color (original paint with great sparkle in the sun). I've added after-market 18" Enkei Performance Series wheels with Gorilla lug nuts for added security and low-pro 215/35ZR18 tires that have 5/32" tread remaining. As a result, he gray on gray is a slick look for this cube-y ride.

The vehicle has just over 145K (mostly highway miles) on its 1.5L 4 cylinder DOHC 16 valve VVTI engine, hich is timing chain equipped meaning it will go forever. Toyota engines are very durable and reliable; well-known to last over 250K miles and even exceed 300K!

I am the second owner (purchased at only 1,500 miles, o basically brand new) and I have had regular oil changes, une ups, nd other manufacturer recommended maintenance. The brakes have less than 6K miles on them. The easiest choice in purchasing a used vehicle is choosing one with a complete and detailed history like this vehicle. I have nearly all of the service records dating back to January 2009 when the vehicle was at 20K miles.

The mechanical condition is super solid; everything works as it should. It drives very well with nice balance and predictable handling. The exterior has some imperfections, uch as paint chips, cratches, ings, ents (see pictures) and shows the usual wear and tear you can expect from a car of this age and mileage. There are a few chips/cracks in the windshield from tiny rocks bouncing up from the highway. The interior is clean and has no rips or tears. It was never smoked in and still smells new.
