We are listing this very well maintained 2006 Scion TC Manual with 119,845 miles. It has a clean Title and it's 100% Florida. This car is in excellent working condition, t runs, rives and feels like a new vehicle. Engine starts and runs very well. Transmission shifts with no issues. Breaks functioned correctly, here were no grinding noises audible. Idled and accelerated as expected. A/C produces ice cold air. Engine oil has been changed.
Interior is in an excellent condition overall, verything looks and feels as it should. This is and was a non-smoker vehicle. Great looking Power Sunroof and all working Power windows and doors. The car may have some very minor scuffs and blemishes here and there, ut nothing that really stands out in person or on images, very consistent with vehicle age, ileage and use. Tires are in excellent condition as well.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. If your personal inspection is not possible, e will be glad to help facilitate an inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose. If you’re planning to have the vehicle inspected, lease make sure that all inspections are done prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspections charges and fees. The advertised mileage represents the actual miles when the car was placed on eBay. These vehicles are test driven and actual mileage may differ at time of sale. It is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle before bidding. If you bid and win the auction, t means that you accept the current condition of the vehicle and you are the new owner who needs to pay for it.


Warranty terms:

All vehicles are offered for sale - "AS-IS, HERE-IS" - with no warranties or guarantees offered, mplied or expressed, s to its fitness for any use or purpose.


Payment:

A non-refundable $300 deposit is due 24 hours of auction completion, e prefer PayPal for the deposit only. The balance is due within the first 7 days payable at the time you take possession of the vehicle. If the payment is not received we reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Payment can be made by personal check (upon clearance), ashiers check (upon clearance), ank wire transfers or cash.


Pick-up:

This car will not be available for pickup until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank.

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle, ick up. It is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. If you require additional time, lease let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements.


Shipping:

If you’re an out-of-town buyer, ull payment must be made prior to shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist the buyer with finding a shipping company, e assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises (so far we had never an issue with transport damages)



Florida residents:

If you are a Florida resident, ou have to pay a 6% sales tax. You also have to pay your county tax on up to $5000 which is (. 0% to 1.5%). New tag cost just under $400 and transfer tag just under $100. Title fee is $70.

Example:

Your car cost-- $8000

Florida tax 6%-- 480

Hillsborough county tax is 1% only on $5000-- 50

Transfer tag-- 100

Title fee-- 70

NO DEALER FEE--- 0000

Total--- $8700


Out of town buyers:

If you’re planning to drive your car back to your state, e have to collect your state tax, lus a $70 Tag fee. If you're planning not to drive the car from our location then there are no additional fees. (Georgia residents no state tax)


We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. This vehicle may be sold to another buyer prior to you placing your winning bid.
