1932 Essex Terraplane 5 Window Rumble Seat Coupe

Manufacturing production was introducedJuly 21 1932. Amelia Earhartreceived a four door fromthe Hudson factory and Orville Wright a 5 window coupe just like this one. The Sn on this car is 350115 making it the 115th ET produced and the oldestknown Terraplaneregistered in the National Hudson club. The frame off restoration was completed 1998.The engine is not original to the car but is period correct with a 1932 headandwater pump. Every effort was made to restore this car as original. This car has cable brakes.TheRumble seat is really fun to ride in and the rear window rolls down.There are several spare parts collected with this car including a rebuildable spare motor and memorabilia .
