1978 AMC JEEP CJ 5 RESTORED 401 V8

I am selling a restored Classic 1978 AMC JEEP CJ5 with only 9,000 miles since the completion of the restoration.The Motor is a strong running 401 V8 fitted with aluminum intake and a 4 bbl carb. Stainless frame out headers with duel exhaust. Electronic Distributor and spark box. 8 mm wires. The Motor is backed by a 4 speed manual T-177 transmission. The front end is a Dana 30 and the rear end is a Dana 20. The 4 wheel drive transfer case is Dana 20 single stick. The jeep is fitted with a tilt steering column for easy in and out. It is also equipped with power steering for ease of driving. The Jeep has Disc brakes in the front and drum brakes on the rear. The Jeep was just fitted with a Best top Full soft top with Full side doors, ut also comes with a bikini top and soft half doors. The heater works outstanding. The 2 speed window wipers also work correct. The horn - brake lights - running lights - head lights - marker lights -- lic. plate light all in good working order. The Jeep is fitted with a full roll cage. It has new high back bucket seats in front with a flip and tumble rear passenger seat. The Jeep is fitted with a custom front bumper with a winch plate bracket and winch roller.The custom rear bumper is also fitted with a class 3 tow hitch. The Jeep has new suspension under it and it rides nice! It has a little bit of a body lift and a Super lift spring lift kit, hich brings this jeep to roughly a 4 1/2" total lift from stock with 33 inch tires to set it off nicely. (No tire fender well rub and could most likely fit 35's) New shocks - New bushings - New axle U bolts - New mile marker locking hubs - Stainless brake lines. The Front and rear end both rebuilt with 4:11 gears. The Front and rear axle housing both powder coated and diff covers installed in chrome so it looks good on the bottom side. Locking center console with cup holders. Stereo with cd player, ac on steering column. The Jeep also is custom fitted with an off road "hand throttle" on the shifter. This Jeep is in great working condition.
