Well maintained turbo charged Scion with low mileage, damage from accident

Accident with parking lot pole has damaged right front body. headlight broken. washer fluid vessel broken. Accident with parked car has damaged left front fender. Driver drove this car for six years to / from work (9 miles round trip) for low mileage and well maintained. then let 20-year-old daughter drive for six months and damaged twice in single-car accidents. Accidents were both at low speeds and neither involved another moving car. Left damage is mostly cosmetic; right damage extends into engine area where washer fluid vessel is significantly damaged. The frame is NOT damaged. Interior is in very good condition with premium sound and features on stereo. automatic transmission but the accidents have resulted in front end body repair work needed. although it is technically drivable it is not road safe "as-is" since headlights are broken and fluid is draining from the washer fluid vessel. Owner wants to just sell it rather than repair it. and is motivated to sell.
