The following are upgrades over a Shelby CSX4000 car as delivered from S/A;1 All electrical is as original ; Lucas style wire harnes, ll componets on firewall are Lucas. S/A provides Painless generic harness, agner plastic headlight buckets,plastic kit car horns, ound wiper moter, tc. I used al original type parts; original square lucas wiper moter, ucas horns, Lucas repro wire harness,all componets on fire wall are Lucas and arranged to exact 1965 specs., ucas steele headlight buckets All guages are Smiths,not Autometer .2. Original English weatherstrip, onnau pins are original style and installed in proper original pattern, otolita 16'' steering wheel as original, ilton type wool carpet, eather seat covers with wilton wool backs, eather dash and interior side panels, riginal english center mirror, ide window ferrules, tc.3. proper style and quality hood scoop, ide pipe exit holes hammer formed with return as original, ver 500 hours spent on body and paint using no Bondo!4. Fender wheel wells are padded with industrial grade sponge with complete coverage to protect alloy body, oam glued with 3M Super Weatherstrip adhesive while car on rotisserie .5. Powder coat stripped off wheels and then lips brush finished6. All critical hardware is U.S. made aircraft grade all fitted for proper grip lengh, sing aircraft/ racing procedures.7. Steering U-joints are original English as well as steering shafts.8. Catch tank on firewall . All above Shelby supplied car does not come with. They supplied a bunch of "kit car' junk, ot original to 1965" as original" specs.All that crap got thrown away. This car is built to actual "as delivered 1965 specs" except the addition of all aircraft grade hardware.

In addition side pipes are ceramic coated,Tansmission is large spline toploade, Engine as I recall is stroked to 454" FE center oiler block, viad type oil pan, delbrock aluminum heads, riginal Sidewinder intake manifold,, roper turkey pan, All hoses are Gates green stripe or Napa Goldstripe with double hose clamps, ll plumbing done to as original specs with JCM 37 degree steele fittings and original type steele reinforced lines. In short this car was built with loveing tender care to be safe, eliable, ace and show ready.
Also, omplete brake system is original type Girling: rotors, alipers,master cylinders, nd pedals (clutch and brake are proper AC ). This alone was about 10K.
