Lowered to $14,900
The time has come to sell this. Its just sitting in the garage not getting used.
The car is a 2002 wrx with a full Jdm V7 STi swap in it. It is basically a JDM 2002 STi minus the RHD.
I tore the car down to the shell and swapped over the ENTIRE JDM STi drivetrain, ubframes, rembo brakes ect. The only thing original mechanically is the LHD steering assembly
For those who dont know, ou could not get an STi here in the states until 2004 but they were available in japan. (with arguably one of the best motors Subaru has made)
The motor is known as a V7 EJ207.
-Its a semi closed deck 2.0l
-Fully forged pistons and rods from the factory
-Came stock with AVCS (Helps alot)
-Redline is 8250rpm
It also has the Jdm short ratio 6speed without DCCD and the R180 rear end.
The car has a base tune at mac and made a very conservative 310 to the wheels on pump gas. It still needs a final tune and it will make quite a bit of power safely. It has everything needed to go E85
and would make well over 400whp if you choose that route. It is so much fun to drive and the EJ207 is as smooth as it gets
The shell has 200k on it but all moving parts ect have 60k. I don't think there is many 04 STi's rolling around with only 60k on them and that kinda what I'm comparing this to.
Im asking $14900 and that will include a set of jdm legacy b4 wheels and various other subaru parts in my garage.
I realize the car wouldn't book for half that but given the swap and what your getting I feel this is a fair price based on other STi's out there.
It has a cracked windshield(might be replaced before sale) and ding or two. The car is plasti dipped anthracite gray right now. I can get you the remover that makes it just wash off. It is normally a WRB car but the front end is all white from the jdm car
