2011 Subaru WRX clean title 35k miles

First owner of the car. Clean title. I daily it so mileage will go approx 20 miles a day or so. Taken good care of her. oil changed routinely. Did the 30k service at EQ tuning. Also got my dyno tune from there. Car makes 323/340 to the wheels reliably. Only at 19psi and pulls hard. Non smoker car. eaten in it maybe 2 times since the 3. 5 years I've had it. No problems with it whatsoever. Really reliable car for me so far and never had any problems. Did compression and leak down test a few thousand miles ago and it was perfect. Cons:Trunk lining has a tear from camera equipment but not bad. Few scratches on exterior. No dents. Took out fender liner and under tray so car wouldn't rub. Never had problem with water getting into CAI and I drove it in a storm. Still have fender liner I believe sitting at home but not sure about under tray. Tow hook cover was stolen but a license plate relocator will cover the entire part. Pros:Interior has no rips. Clean. Clean title. Low miles 35kMaintenance performed on time. Good amount of mods included in the price as well as stock parts. Even with full catless turboback exhaust. their is less drone than stock. Very comfortable ride with coil overs. no intense bouncing or breaking your back.
