2013 Subaru Forester 2.5x premium OREGON CAR

This is a 2013 Subaru Forester 2.5x Premium model. It is being sold by the original owner and it is a west coast vehicle. It was purchased in Beaverton Oregon at Carr Subaru in February of 2013, t was moved to the Midwest a little over a year ago where it spent one winter and was not driven in the snow. This is a rust free vehicle. It is a non turbo model with a 5 speed manual transmission. The vehicle has 42, 60 miles on it. A picture of the original window sticker will be included for this vehicles options. It is parked for the winter and will at most only be driven 2-3 miles in the chance it is test driven. The vehicle was professionally detailed, ith a full wash and wax to be put away in the winter months. The car was purchased with the Subaru Maintenance warranty. Every 5k miles it has returned to the dealership for routine maintenance. This has included tire rotations, ull synthetic oil change etc. Every maintenance has been documented by Subaru. The last service was done at 42, 50 miles. The Maintenance warranty has one final service remaining on it, nd this will transfer with the vehicle to the new owner.
Warranties:- The factory power train 5 yr 60,000 mile warranty transfers with vehicle to new owner. -The factory 5yr unlimited mile rust perforation warranty will also transfer with the vehicle.
A 7 yr 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty was bought with the car. This warranty transfers to the new private party owner of the vehicle. There is a 50 dollar administrative fee and a series of documents needed to do so. I have all the documents on hand to pass onto the new owner.
A 5 year interior warranty was also purchased. This covers cosmetic damages; ripped or permanently stained seats. It also covers rust, nd exterior paint damages naturally caused. These can be sap, cid rain etc. This warranty can also be transferred to the new owner.
CONS: There are 2 scratches on the driver side behind the wheel wells. These have been documented with pictures. 2-3" Scratch behind front license plate. Visible when front license plate is off.
The blue book value for this vehicle is $18, 78. It is being listed for $18,500, ut I am willing to entertain any reasonable offers.
The vehicle is located in Moline, L. I am willing to deliver the vehicle free of charge within a certain radius. I will deliver as far north as Milwaukee, I, s far east as Indianapolis, N, s far South as St. Louis and as far west as Omaha, e. Outside of this range I am still willing to deliver, ut there may be a little more money involved. The vehicle will be delivered on a car trailer, o there will not be exposure to salt or extra Mileage.
