2001 Subaru Outback Limited Sedan 4-Door 2.5L

2001 Subaru AWD outback Sedan with 206k miles on it. Runs good and body is in good shape (minor dings and scratches as shown in photo). At approximately 190k replaced head gaskets (six star), oth cv joints, nner and outer tie rods (both sides), anifold gasket, iming and a/c belts, dler pulley, /c bearing, nd both radiator fans. Recently rotated tires and changed oil.
Issues:
-CD player currently will not open to eject CD. Radio still works fine but the CD player function is not working properly.
-one tire is different than the others. same size. just replaced due to running over a nail.
-Vehicle does have a hole in exhaust but does pass va inspection (no emissions). Causes it to be a bit noisey but not terribly loud.
Registered in 11/15 and inspection runs out 2/16. I did not plan on getting it inspected because it is currently not being used so i just never took the time to get it inspected.
