2011! STi! CLEAN! ALL ORIGINAL! NEW TIRES! RARE!

For sale i've got a 2011 Subaru WRX STI. This car is in very good condition. It is fully loaded, and comes with the Navigation system, heated front seats, and the upgraded kicker sound system.
I own my own subaru shop here in Oklahoma city in addition to our dealer lot. This car is mechanically sound, perfect compression, and no blow by. No check engine lights on, and no modifications are present on the vehicle. It retains all of the factory emission components.
It has 70,500 miles, i went ahead and did the timing belt service on it, and fresh oil change with filter. No leaks, weird rattles or issues.
Tires have about 90% tread left, and they are Bridgestones.
The missing vent on the passenger side of the bumper has been replaced with an OEM subaru part.
