Well, this saddens me deeply. The time has come to sell my STI. Not for want but because I'm moving to Scotland for a while. Sadly, the Subaru cannot join. I purchased it from a gentleman in the air force who had put 500 miles on it. He was deployed to Japan. I find myself in a similar situation. So the car has had two owners but that's no mark against it. It's just perfect. Totally clean title. Alcantara interior still smells new. The back seats have never been sat in. Has always been garaged, never offroad, never tracked. I haven't had the opportunity to drive it as it was meant to be.
I built this with intention of creating an STI that was perfectly balanced between track ability and daily drive-ability, with aesthetic adjustments to my taste. All told, there is between 8-9 thousand invested on top of the MSRP here. Labor on top of that. I can provide receipts.

Engine:-Dyno protuned by Harvey at the Boost Creep^the best around-ETS 3" Full Catback Exhaust with burnt blue tips and 4" mufflers^extremely vocal, tonal, non-droning exhaust note-AEM Short Ram Intake-Invidia 3" Downpipe w/ Divorced Wastegate-Bosch 1000cc Injectors-Cobb Race Fuel Pump-PTP Lava Turbo Blanket / Downpipe Wrap-Grimmspeed 3 Port EBCS Control-Lightweight Battery ETX20L^Never Stuttered to start in winter, 20 lb weight saving north of the front axle
Drivetrain:-Kartboy Short Throw Shifter-Kartboy Front & Rear Firm Bushings-Custom Stainless Lathed Gear knob with Laser-Engraved Pattern-TWM Stainless Shift Extension^All of the above combine for what is in my opinion the perfect responsive shift feel. Far better than cobb kits.-Megan Racing Adjustable Endlinks-Perrin 22mm Rear Sway Bar-Motul RBF 600 Track Brake Fluid-Hawk HP Plus Front & Rear Brake Pads-Alignement to more Track appropriate specs (caster, camber, toe)
Exterior:-4x Powdercoated (&Guaranteed) Enkei RCT-4 ordered from Rallispec Japan^Huge unsprung weight saving, Enkei's lightest rally wheel, about 8 lbs saved per wheel. +35 offset & 9" width. All told, a huge amount of thought, work, and love has gone into this one. I'm an ex-car designer so I have trouble not paying attention to aesthetic details. If you've been waiting to buy a lightly built STI rather than invest yourself, this is it. I also have all the original owners manuals, books, and magazines. There isn't much more I'd do to this one. Was going to wear down stock rubber but never got to, that's the only other thing. A very complete, daily build in my opinion.
