2006 Subaru Impreza silver wagon Runs GREAT LOW RESERVE!

2006 Subaru Impreza with roof rack for sale by owner. Runs great and is in good condition. The color is silver with black cloth interior. I keep my car very clean and I am a non smoker. AC blows cold and has been awesome in the hot hot California HEAT. My CD Player does have a CD stuck in it, if you like Flight of the Conchords you are in LUCK! If not, you will need to get that fixed I am the second owner of this car I use it to drive to work everyday. Tires and Breaks are all in great condition. This car has been reliable and awesome, but now it is time to move forward.
Cosmetic issues (see photos for reference) include:Front driver's side quarter panel has denting, Front bumper has dents, scratches and paint chipping, Rear bumper had dents, paint cracking, scratches and tar towards bottom, Passenger side seat handle to move the seat back and forth casing is missing. I was quoted at $800 for 100% fix on all cosmetic issues.
Title is free and clear. Car is sold AS IS. Car is up to date on servicing, and I have not had any problems. However, I am not a mechanic, nor have I had one look at my car in the past 6 months and I am not 100% certain if there are underlying issues. There may be a leak on the oil valve cover (rear main seal) but that is not confirmed, as again, I am not a mechanic, nor has one inspected it. All issues if any would be minor. This has been a great car over the last 6 years that I have owned it. I bought used with 60k miles at a Subaru dealership and it had one previous owner before me.
As I do not have the time to get these things fixed, I am basing the price off Kelly Blue Book minus cost of repairs.
