2010 subaru forester xt premium 2.5l

Hello. I'm selling our Forester XT. The vehicle is stock with the exception of the factory radio which has been replaced with a more modern unit that has many features such as Bluetooth and handsfree calling which could not be had with the stock unit.
I would say the vehicle is in very good condition. It is our second Forester XT, actually. I do think they are reliable, fun to drive autos that hold their value well. I bought it not to long ago as a one owner car, but we found out we are having twins and unfortunately it looks like I'll need a minivan, or something with a third row.
I can include the roof-rack in the sale. I find it very useful for large items (like the tent that is on it in the pictures) that are to long of cumbersome to keep in the bed of the car. I should also note that The car seat is sitting on a bed of heavy towels to protect the upholstery. We are careful to switch the seat from side to side to eliminate wear.
The tires are brand new. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. The car is in NYC. I'm happy to deliver as far as most NYC commuter towns where I can return home via the train.
