Presenting my 2005 Subaru Forester XS AWD for sale! (3.) Water Pump(L.L. Bean Edition) + Timing Belt Kit Complete at 107,063

(4.) Alpine Speakers replaced factory installs at 105,000

(5.) New High Power Battery replaced at 105,000

(6.)Both front windshield wipers replaced at 105,000

***I wouldidentify the car as in excellent mechanical condition. I would invite you or your mechanic to an inspection.I would identify the exterior as in average condition for the age andoverall wear. There are some rock chips, surface scratches, some hail marks, and the lower part of the front windshield has a crack.Heating is excellent! Air conditioning is very cold! All motor parts(doors, windows, etc.) are in working condition. Upholstery and fabric is extremely clean with no stains, tears, or marks. Tires are in very good condition. I do not know the exact percent of tread remaining, but appears well. I received these tires new at 105,000. These include 4 Yokohama Avid-Ascend All-Season Tires at 215/60/16. Lastly, the car includes the Official Subaru Forester Booklet and 2 Sets of Keys and 2 Sets of Alarms.
