I have for sale an incredible Garnet Red Pearl 2005 Subaru AWD Baja Turbo with a 5-Speed Manual transmission that is in mint condition. It only has 59,xxx original miles and has been regularly maintained since new. It's a 1-owner Baja that I found here in Southern California (no rust) and it's in Outstanding condition from tip to tail.
It's rarely been driven and has been kept safely tucked away in a garage safe and sound. The beautiful and rare Garnet Red Pearl paint is a joy to behold with it's metal flake base and still has a Fantastic shine to it. The black/grey interior looks terrific with no rips, cuts or holes and the original Subaru Baja floor mats are still in excellent condition.
It has the very dependable and super peppy turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 16-valve 2.5-liter flat-four Subaru horizontally opposed "Boxer" engine. This tried and true Subaru Boxer engine produces excellent AWD acceleration with 210HP and an impressive 235 pound-feet of torque while still getting very good gas mileage. The 5-Speed Manual transmission is a blast to drive and shifts smoothly and effortlessly through all of the gears. The brakes feel very solid with no shuddering, squeaking or pulling and the matching radial tires have lots of tread left on them.
In summary, everything on this Baja AWD Turbo works exactly like it should and it's a very safe, dependable multi-usevehiclethat's also a lot of fun to drive.
Most recently, on 7/22/16 at 59,221 miles this Baja was fully inspected at the Subaru Dealer in SanBernardino and passed all points 100% (copy of inspection report available). While there it had the oil and oil filter changed and the radiatordrained, filled with fresh coolant and a new thermostat installed.The Subaru Dealer also tested the engine block for any sort of head gasket leaks and the test came back negative with no problems at all.
The only picks I can find would be a couple of very small nicks in the side cladding.
In addition, the sunroof is currently closed, however, thesunroof motor does not operate.The inspection report from the Subaru Dealer indicates the sunroof motor is not operational and will need to be repaired or replaced.
Included with this 2005 Baja Turbo is (1) remote fob, (1) ignition key, (1) key for the locking gas cap and the original Baja books. I have a clear California Title in hand and ready for the new owner.
This 2005 AWD Baja Turbo 5-Speed comes equipped with keyless remote control entry, power sunroof (not currently operational), power windows, power brakes, power steering and power door locks, full time all wheel drive, air conditioning, leather trimmed interior, Subaru mud flaps and the Subaru OEM AM/FM Stereo with a 6-CD player.
