70D is no longer available as it used to be the most cost effective way to build a Model S without much sacrificing the performance or the range. It physically is a 75kWh battery pack with the last 5kWh just programmed to be hidden from use. Which made it more practical as you were able to charge the car more often to 90% to 100% without compromising the entire battery pack modules.
The car is barely few month old. The car received a full CQuartz ceramic paint coating treatment from the day one. The car is paid for and have a lien free VA title in hand for easy transaction.Let me know if you have any questions.
