For auction is a 1997 Toyota Tacoma extended cab SR5 four wheel drive pickup. It is 1997 Toyota Paradise Blue with a 3.4L V6 with 178,116 original miles on the odometer, 5 speed manual transmission and a clear title. I bought this off of a local dealer and have owned this pickup since 2003; the truck has never been smoked in. This is my daily driver and will have a few additional miles on it by the time it sells. All body panels have the factory Toyota stickers with the VIN signifying all the body panels are original to the truck. The truck has the following improvements from stock; K&N cold air intake, PF H4 headlights, ld Man Emu Nitrocharger front struts and rear shocks, IAA driving lights and 31x10.50R15LT Cooper Discoverer A/T3 radial tires. The rear bumper was replaced last year with a factory Toyota bumper, he rear taillights replaced with aftermarket lights and the alternator replaced with a NAPA alternator. The exhaust was replaced two years ago. The gray interior is in great shape for an 18 year old truck with the following exceptions, he driver’s seat has a small hole were a seam pulled and a small tear in the rear of the seat that can only be seen if you are sitting in the back seat and a small tear in the seam of the headliner where the driver’s sun visor hits. I took pictures of all the areas. Everything works on the interior except the cigarette lighter and the driving lights. I think the relay is out on the driving lights and I hope to have it fixed prior to sale since I drive it every day but no guarantees. The emergency brake light and seat belt lightare on; the emergency brake will go off if you put the handle ina certain spot and the switch just needs adjusted. The seat belt light will go out if you put down on the seat belt; which needs adjusted too.Neither one bothered me, ut wanted you to know in case I don't get them adjusted prior to pick up.The exterior has very few scratches, ings or stone chips. The worse rust spot is on the tailgate which can be seen in the picture. The frame is in good shape for these vehicles, t does have a repair in the rear where the bumper attaches. I have painted the frame a couple of times with POR-15 and frame paint to keep on top of the only weak spot on these vehicles. I have included pictures of the frame for you to see that it is better than most in this generation. $500 non-refundable deposit via PayPal due immediately at auction end with the balance in cash at truck pick up. Truck will need to be picked up within 14 days of auction end. Truck sold as-is, here-is with no warranty expressed or implied. I am located in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia and within a day’s drive of most of the country east of the Mississippi. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Thanks for looking.
