All my offerings are put through a service/safety check and road test to be sure they are safe and road worthy. I make sure the oil has been changed and do an inspection of the brakes, elts, oses, ooling system, luid levels, tc. Of course, very vehicle will ride and drive with the engine and transmission performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, he shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, ut I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!!

Toyota's flagship sedan that I like to refer to as "the affordable Lexus" because you get so many great features and all the comfort you need for a much better price! And great miles too! Anyway, his rust free Florida owned Avalon comes equipped with an automatic transmission, ower sliding glass sunroof, eather interior, eated and cooled front seats, ual power seats w/drivers lumbar and memory, disc CD cassette stereo, utomatic climate control, ower windows, ower locks and mirrors, ilt/telescopic steering, ruise control, ide/side curtain airbags and alloy wheels with an excellent set of 215/55ZR17 tires! Big plus with this 2006 model, t has the better 3.5 V-6 engine that does not use a timing belt. It uses a timing chain meaning you don't have the expensive service associated with a belt! Love it!

What a nice and clean Avalon that does everything it was designed to do and does it very well. It's the kind I would gladly sell to a friend or family member, o that should tell you something! Inside and out, t has that clean and well cared for, arage kept look we all like to find. The Titanium Silver Metallic paint has a deep shine and color with no rust and the light gray leather interior is fresh, lean and comfortable with very little wear. Not even smoked in and ready to enjoy right away! Of course, he ride and drive is excellent with a strong engine, ight suspension and smooth shifting transmission. And with my service/safety check done and excellent tires, t's ready for any road trip or daily duty! It does have that nice and tight feel of quality and the condition speaks of a well cared for vehicle, o you can look forward to a lot more life out of this one. From every angle, ne sharp looking car! Some small, nconsequential touchups on the bumper covers, ut nothing that distracts from the overall excellent appearance!
Interior LOW Miles!
Just as good inside! As nice as you could find with very little wear and not even smoked in! The air is cold, ll the power goodies are working and the JBL Synthesis stereo sounds great! Although the cassette and radio are fine, got an error message when I loaded a CD. Sorry, ut I do not know what the issue is. The camera flash reflection off the carpet and material can make things look faded or dirty, t's not like that in person!
On the bottom right side of the plastic center console panel are 3 small screw holes where the owner had something attached.
Typical for this year, he dash has developed the infamous cracking, ut good news! Toyota has announced a recall for this very issue! Google it and read all about it, ou just take your car in to the local Toyota dealer and they will schedule it for you.

Bidding/Buying Policies

The advertised vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, ut remember these are used cars, hey will show signs as such. As stated before, ach offering is checked over and inspected before selling, ut you are not bidding on nor am I selling new or high priced certified pre-owned cars, o there may be parts of the vehicle that are not like new. Depending on the age of the vehicle, he various systems involved will be at different levels of wear/service life and there may be the typical small chips/dings, lems and other signs of normal wear, nside and out, hat you would expect on used vehicles. Obviously, cannot possibly show or detail every little thing that would be on any used car. I will do my best to describe all the major things so you are clear on what you are buying, ut I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding. I want you to be well informed! Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, ut my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full, ot at the time the vehicle is delivered.

According to Federal guidelines, ll vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, will.

Payment must be made by cash-in-person, ashiers check, oney order or bank to bank wire transfer. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be expected within 3-5 days following close of auction and remainder paid within 7-10 days. If you have a special situation, lease feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with!

Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, f an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, nly ones picked up in Florida.

Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, o I can help arrange this for you and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued.

All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, ut will be processed to you as soon as physically possible.

Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract.
