BJ40, Rare Diesel in Excellent Condition

Own this rare 1978 BJ40, hich was recently imported from Costa Rica. All the import paperwork has been completed and we have a clear Oregon title. The headache of importing is all done - you will not have wait to get the cruiser you want. The 4 speed - 3.0L diesel motor are known to be almost bullet proof and what's amazing is that it averages close to 30 mpg. The motor is in great condition - see pictures and listen to it purr in the video. The motor only has 60,000 original miles. We have been going through the BJ from top to bottom replacing items that need to be repaired. We had the engine gone through and replaced the battery, tarter, lutch, elts, alve cover and oil pan gaskets. The interior has been updated with new seat covers on both front and back, ew seat belts, ew headliner, ew door panels, ew rubber door seals, nd the floor was rhino-lined. The speedometer and oil pressure gage works, ut the gas and temp gages do not work. On the exterior, e installed 5 new tires, ew shocks, xles, heel bearings and the best part added power-steering. The BJ drives straight and has good power - see video.The body is straight and in great condition, here is some minor rust spots on the rear corner panel. The floor panel is solid and in good condition - some minor rust in the front under the driver side floor mat. The paint looks good, t was recently done in Costa Rica. This BJ is in great condition and just needs some minor details completed to make it perfect. This BJ40 is a head-turner and draws a lot of attention for how nice it looks and sounds.
