2002 White Toyota Prius with new factory main battery

It's in great maintained condition, urrently NOP, hich is why the 12V battery died on me, therwise I've used it for many years and it's super reliable!

Issues the car has:1) 12V battery died on me2) Shocks and struts need replacing, ut otherwise the car is still driveable albeit it will provide a bumpier ride.3) Alternator is not working 100%4) Some minor cosmetic damage to the inside A/C buttons and asmall dent to the rear passenger side.

Added a couple pictures while I take some more, hey are from a Halloween "show" I put up a couple years ago, ou can see the dent to the read passenger side and a faded decal on the passenger side door that was there when I bought the car.
