It is a rare toyota and chevy collaboration in the 90's and is very much a replica of the fuel efficient and reliable toyota corolla. It gets around 35 mpg, nd is a very good candidate for fuel efficiency modding if that is the route you want to take with it.
Given its birth-year in 1995, hat makes this car 21 years old, nd it didn't get through all these years without a few bruises and bumps along the way. The tires are in good shape, ut the thing that most stands out to me about this car, s the transmission's shifting smoothness. Going from 1st to 2nd gear is soft and hardly noticeable, s good as the finest luxury car I've ever been in. This vehicle is still driving after all these years because of continued care and routine maintenance, ot to mention a love to keep a great car going. Cosmetically, he clearcoat is peeling in some spots, ut the sheet metal is very healthy. It had an accident which caused the need for a rebuilt/reconstructed title, aving been repaired completely back in 2001. The original engine was an LSI, nd based on driving this for several hours I've found it to be a really strong engine, nd it produces the power to cruise at highway speeds without any delay or any hesitation or strain. Since I've owned it, haven't raised it up to check for the location and cause of the exhaust leak sound I've been hearing. I have set a very generous low reserve for this auction.
