1985 Toyota Factory 2L-T Turbo Diesel Pickup - Standard Cab Long Bed

I am selling my Toyota turbo diesel project truck. The truck is a rare 1985 Toyota Turbo Diesel standard cab, ong bed. This is an original factory turbo diesel, nd NOT a conversion! Not many of these original trucks remain, nd they do not come up for sale too often. When I bought this truck, he engine was seized. I bought over-sized pistons and had the engine professionally rebuilt from top to bottom. In addition to the rebuild, have replaced and/or done the following:
- New heavy duty clutch was installed during engine rebuild.- New timing belt at rebuild.- New batteries. Now about 2 years old.- New tires.- Professionally rebuilt turbo charger.- Fuel pump professionally tested and checked out fine.- Glow plug circuit rebuilt.
The truck has a 5 speed transmission, ower steering and power Brakes. The truck starts right up with no effort.

The bad:- The truck will need a new high altitude compensator, s when it is plugged into the vacuum system, he car suffers from a severe lack of power.- The paint is faded and the body has dings and dents (as can be expected from a 30 year old vehicle) and could use a new paint job.- The radio works but will need to be replaced as the display is burned out.I will require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of close of auction with balance due at pickup of vehicle.
