1998 Toyota Sienna LE Mini Passenger Van 5-Door 3.0L

Clean title, doors, 87.000 miles, ood Year tires, orks good; I had this car for 9 years - it has been a faithful car, nd served it good gas and synthetic oil only.
Needs some TLC (Tender Loving Care) in the future though (that's why I'm not asking more money for it):
- floor carpet inside needs a little extraction cleaning, lso vacuum and wash it outside. (sorry, have nothing to hide, nd have no time for cleaning it either); I didn't clean the engine either - I want you to see it as it is; the engine runs very smooth.
- in the future you may want to replace the gasket (for it's leaking a little bit of oil by it). If you'
re OK with that, han you don't have to replace the gasket, r you can just tight it up a bit. Anyway, ou don't loose significant oil that you need to be worried about.
- one handle outside and one inside is not working (needs replacement) (approximately $40 both)
-windshield is cracked ($150 to replace). If it doesn't bother you, ou can leave it the way it is.
-driver side mirror also needs to be replaced in the future (if you want).
-needs some paint touch up on the right side if you want the paint to look good/better.
Why I'm selling it so cheap? And why am I NOT asking more than $3000 for this car?
Answer: Because I have another car, nd I have no time to fix these minor things myself. (too many kids!).
By the way, 'm not an auto mechanic, ut I know how to fix little things like these.
I'm looking to sell this car as soon as possible and will take serious offers in consideration only.
