1999 Toyota Corolla CE, Inspected to 10/16. Needs work. No Reserve!

My mom bought this car new and when she stopped driving my older brother drove it. It has been well mantained with 3K mile oil changes and dealer recommended service. It has a current PA inspection, wo new front tires and has never been in an accident.
Car needs work. Check engine light is on and diagnostic code is PO441 and PO450. Mechanic is able to adjust the engine to make the check engine go out during emission testing but the light always comes back.Needs new struts (shocks). The intake manifold is noisey. The mechanic thinks it probably needs to be replaced. The drivers side window does not go down. Small crack ( at inspection stickers, ee photo ) and two pebble pits in windshield. The only rust I see is behind the driver side rear wheel. See photo.
I have 100% EBay rating because I write honest adds. I sold our 2002 Subaru on EBay with a similar honest ad and the buyer was very satisfied.
I encourage potential bidders to inspect the car at my house in Malvern. Car will sell at end of auction. There is no buy it now option.
