The van may have some problem in the transmission. I have been driving it and the van drives well and shifts all the gears well. It makes a kind of whining noise after 10 - 15 miles speed. The sound stays constant. I took the van to a Toyota Dealer and they suggested some thing is possibly wrong with the transmission. This started to happen about 200 or so miles ago suddenly.
Wife just want to buy a new one rather than having looked at and fixed.
