1986 Toyota 4 runner

I am selling a 1986 Toyota 4 Runner 5 speed manual transmissiin which I recently got from an Acquaintance of mine as a form of payment that He owed me. He said these trucks are quite sought after and I would be able to recoup my money. The truck has a clear tittle and original 137K miles as it was only used as a winter truck the past few years. Comes with set of 3 Keys. Selling it less than what he owed me since I have no interest in it.ALL SERIOUS REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED
Here is what I know about the car so far (The good)
-) The runs and drives good (I was able to get it up to 90 Miles on the highway)
-) shifts into gear and Hi/Low 4x4
-) The tires were just installed recently (less than 1000 miles)
-) the FRAME of the truck is SOLID
-) The interior is in great condition
-) ALL Electronics/Gage's work (lights, linkers, ack window, radio etc)
The bad
-) The Car has rust on the body that needs repair
-) Needs a new Exhaust (currently it is loud)
-) Needs Brake work (was told needs bleeding)

I don't mind shipping provided all fees are paid by buyer
