No lockers,this is an original one owner 1996 landcruiser from the east coast so yes there is rust surface at rear frame only this is a used truc, thats the only issue with the truck, aint is like new and interior in excellent condition. Rims and engine will need a good cleanin, ow hitch will need replace due to rust Very low mile car for the age 121,321 . I did a professional mechanic inspection (report available) the only problem or issue according to mechanic was the rust issue that's it, ut I will help with any concerns or questions you might have . The truck runs great and all the gears work perfect. Recent services are valve covers, il change, ew tires all around and spark plugs . serious question only. All stock no modifications no LIFT kit, r locker, ready to build it your self the way you always want it! this cruiser has a lot of potential being a low mile, ne owner and rare color hard to find.
