1971 FJ40 4x4 Convertible

Full Frame off Restoration

Rebuilt 3.8L Engine, ebuilt 3-speed Manual Transmission, ew Hydraulic Clutch, ower brakes.

The Restoration process begins by using a uncut rust free ALL ORIGINAL METAL PANELS FJ40
No aftermarket panels was use on this build. We begin by disassembling the FJ40's body. The hard top was removed and the entire FJ was Dismantled all body attachments inside and out where removed from the body - Including doors, ood, enders, inges, oll bar, eats, umpers.

After disassembling the body soda blasted & sanded, oated with KBS Fusion self-etching primer for the ultimate rust protection. The under carriage and floor was Rhino Coated, he body was repainted with PPG Alpine Gloss White as well as the interior. Glove box door, shtray were painted black, e-built instrument cluster & lighted custom Gauges in dash, pare tire rack, br> front and back bumpers are Armor coated along with under seat door and black accent’s on both doors. Front grill was also refinished to new condition. Pretty much all of the bolts and screws were replaced new. This baby has all new body mounts, ushings, ood hooks, ll new emblems, ew side markers, urn signals, ew seat upholstery, ual gear Windshield wiper motor, ew front windshield and all 6 windows have new rubber locking gaskets. New painless wiring harness along with painless fuse box and everything electrical works. New 9,500lb Speed Master Winch highlighted with polished aluminum diamond plate. Black KC lights, ew General Graber tires 33 x 12.5 R15LT on Black Powder coated Mickey Thompson Side biter II wheel’s, iding on new competition leaf springs and shocks. She runs and drive’s great & starts up first turn of the key every time! Always Garage Kept! Rust Free! No Oil Leaks or fluid leaks! Its really hard to find one in this good of shape!
