For sale is my 1985 Toyota Land Crusier BJ74 with a removable hardtop. I have owned this Land Cruiser since July of last year and are selling it only to reduce the number of vehicles I own. I would keep it if I could, have collector insurance on it so my costs are minimal, t's a space issue! I bought this Land Cruiser locally and that owner had imported it from Canada after it was 25 years legal. He had it for several years. The previous owner before him in Canada was a cousin of his and that cousin was the person who imported it from Japan. I was told it had been owned by Japan's park service. The Land Cruiser had been well taken care of, t would not have reached 180k mles if it had not. It starts up easily for a diesel and runs and drives well. The A/C still works, ould probably use a top off, t is not as cold as I remember it last summer, ut then again we've had a few really hot days up here... Everything else still works, orn, ower steering, ll locks, indows, wd, inch, tc. with the exception of the tachometer. It works when it wants to and sometimes does not show up for work! The Land Cruiser is wearing some really nice seat covers that I was told came from Australia. I have not taken them off, ut seats still have good foam/form and are very comfortable. The passenger side dash pad has a hole in it covered by a compass, his pad it still available from Toyota. The engine is a non turbo 3 liter 4 cylinder mechanical diesel. There is no block heater installed, f you live in a cold environment take this into consideration. These Toyota 3b engines have a reputation for being one of the toughest engines ever made and can go a 1/2 million miles. Look it up! This Land Cruiser is 31 almost 32 years old. There are a few rusty spots, ut just cosmetic. The frame and all suspension attachment points and such are solid. The worst spot is shown in a picture of the left front fender, ot that bad! There are a few spares included including some 24 volt light bulbs, he correct Toyota oil filter, n English language factory shop manual, snorkel kit, nd a few repair records. Also a cool glove box caddy that is made for these. There will be $100 U.S. added to the final sale price to cover any and all fees I will encounter. Happy bidding, omebody is going to get a great Land Cruiser for a great deal! Any questions please feel free to call me at a decent hour Pacific Standard time. Adam 360-752-1395
