Exterior Condition
Minor scratches/dings/dents/spider web cracks/sun damage to the general body of the car (e.g, ront bumper, ood, oof, oors, irrors, ear bumper). Windshield is free of cracks (has a minor chip on the upper/middle left side). While in NY, he car/undercarriage was washed approx. every 2-3 wks based on road salt/snow conditions. She has very minor rust on her undercarriage, nd none around the door frames or wheel wells. Please see photos **car is partially covered in dew droplets**.

Interior Condition
Aftermarket radio installed with CD/cassette/MP3 connection. No major stains on carpeting or seats. Headrests, eats, oonroof (sliding glass panel that can also pop up), onsole, nd seatbelts fully functional. Scratches on the middle of back seat (from an excited dog). Front seats show outer edge wear on the backrest. Driver seat has a split seam in seat (was restitched professionally ~8 yrs ago). Some of the leather on the inside of the doors needs to be re-seated. Comes with matching WeatherTech floor mats in excellent condition for the front and rear seats, s well as the original floor mats. The headliner has no water damage etc, nd only very minor dirt stains near the visors. Please see photos.

Three owners (second was my father for 10 yrs, hird is myself for 3 yrs). My family drives and fanatically maintains mainly high mileage family cars (e.g. 190K Toyota pickup, 20K Accord, 25K Camry, 60K Accord, 350K Camry (this one), 10K (now 530K) Accord, tc.). From 1997-2013, he car was located in GA. In 2013, he car moved to Upstate NY, nd 6/2016 to central NJ. NY registration expired 6/2016, Y inspection expired 5/2016. 2003-2013 were mainly highway miles (commuter car in north Metro Atlanta), nd the last 10K miles have also been mostly interstate miles. She comes with her Owner's Manual and 5+ keys (some mechanic, ome fully functioning).

Current Mechanical Needs
The check engine light is on, nd the codes are for the EVAP canister, GR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve, am seals, atalytic converter (were told oxygen sensors were fine), nd valve cover gaskets/spark plugs/tune up. 6/2016 Mavis reported low compression in engine. She will sometimes change gears at 45 and 55 mph (possible transmission slipping?). Will need four new tires (front two are matching winter tires with plenty of life left).
However, he performs very well generally speaking, specially on the highway, nd made the 3.5 hr highway drive between Upstate NY and NJ back and forth every other weekend since October 2015. Accelerates well, andles smoothly, un and safe family or first car. Sitting in driveway. Last driven on the highway 6/20/2016. Will be started weekly.
