1998 Toyota Corolla LE, Running well, High Miles, Low Price.

This Corolla was purchased in Jan. 2002 from CarMax in Charlotte, NC. I have driven it every day up until the last 6 weeks. I have 2 other vehicles and it is time for this one to go. The dayI got it, had approx. 8500 miles. I have kept this car UP! Oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries and I have kept it well. It is currently registered to my insurance, & is legal to drive. It will pass NC Emissions inspection.

Here's what's wrong:

-will eat a quart & a half of oil in between oil changes

-needs a new power steering pump. (I use Lucas Power Steering fluid and have to fill it at least twice a week)

-Several Dash lights are out & are easily repaired.

-Interior door handle on the passenger side needs to be repaired.

everything else is working properly, It has a new battery. Brakes & tires are good for another year and half at least, No issues with front or rear alignment. It got new Wheel bearings less than a year ago. It has the factory Stereo system w/ cassette, all works and all speakers work.

Things that have never happened:

This car is bone stock, the engine, transmission, & differential are all factory along with the body &frameand have all been maintained. It has beenscraped a few times with some minor body damage (see photos)but nothing drastic. The heater, A/C, Lights, all work. It is a steal for the money.

In the last 6 weeks, I let my son drive it from NC to TX & he did without incident, other than having to put in Power Steering fluidin it.

This car is sold AS IS. The buyer is responsible for paying within 24 hours of purchase date.
