2007 Toyota Corolla LE - Great shape, great little car!

Purchased from the dealership in 2008 with only 28k miles on it, it's time for me to let go of this nice little Toyota Corolla LE.
This would make a perfect first car for a teen, or simply an extra vehicle to drive around. It's great on miles per gallon and has been well-maintained-- CLEAN inside and out.
Full disclosure -- The only known issue with this car is the tires. They are only two years old (2014), but admittedly were not rotated every 5k miles as they should have been and now there's a slight wobble in the steering at high speeds, 65+ mph, and an audible humming sound sometimes at high speeds, too. The tire company said they are "banding" because they've been on the same wheel for too long, and nothing will make the sound go away except to buy new tires. I asked if they should be balanced, rotated, or aligned, but they said it would be a waste of money. It should be noted that this is NOT a hazard or major problem-- the tread on the tires are good-- it's just a slight annoyance. Other than that, a few minor scratches here and there, as to be expected with a 9-year-old car, and one tiny tear in the back of the driver's seat, but very small.
The GOOD: New brakes put on in December 2015. New battery 2014. No dents, never any major damages or problems. Engine runs excellent. AC is cold, heat is hot. Transmission is smooth and never a single problem. Cruise control. Airbags. Power windows and locks. The LE trim comes with a 5- disc CD player with 6-speakers. You can't go wrong with a Toyota Corolla. . . my friend had one exactly the same and it went well over 300,000 miles before he traded it in.
