1981 Toyota Celica Supra A40
excellent condition
1 owner
60,000 miles
no rust
no leaks
all electronics work
runs and starts well
always garaged
well maintained
new battery
new alternator
maintenance records
original manuals
passing emissions paperwork
Selling for grandmother who doesn't drive anymore. This car has seen very light use, regular maintenance, and always kept in a heated garage. When not regularly driven grandpa would run the engine a few times a month to maintain battery and keep seals fresh. Exterior is in very good shape and interior is near perfect. We have extensive maintenance records dating back to the original purchase and the original owners manuals.
Car was just at B's auto in Englewood for a new alternator, oil change, and general check over. Everything is in good shape, but they recommend replacing the brake lines. Brakes work properly now but the lines are the original equipment. They quoted about $350 for the job completed. Car just passed emissions. If you want a clean modern classic or rare Japanese throwback don't miss this chance.
If you are not familiar with these cars: This car shares DNA with the Toyota 2000 GT and the legendary Supra. It is from before the model split of supra and celica. They extended the body and threw a 2.8L straight six and various upgrades in the celica of the time to create the celica/supra. With RWD, sporty (for the time) handling, and nice leather interior this car is pretty nice to drive around town or on a decent piece of road.
I can work with you on delivery if you are within 500 miles of Denver.
