Up for auction is this superb 1978 Toyota Cressida wagon. I bought this car about 2 years ago from the original owners, The car is all original with the exception of one paint job in it's past (most likely to just refresh the old faded paint). Car has never had any exterior damage or rust, and was very well cared for and most likely garaged. It does have some chips from normal driving, and the wood vinyl has some faded spots here and there. The chromed plastic side trim is also pealing. All the rubbers throughout the car are intact and still pliable, all glass and chrome are in great condition as well. The interior is in fantastic condition with a crack free dash, rip free headliner etc. there are a few small stains on the carpet and seat, plus a few tears on the drivers seat. This car is truly a good driver and has had meticulous mechanical care. The only real problems this car has are as follows: the ac does not work(possibly a missing belt), a slight clunk sound when steering is at full lock(possibly a tie rod end), crack on one of the taillight lenses. This car truly needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated and is a true classic Japanese survivor. Im really not sure how many of these are still out there, especially in this condition! Please email me with any questions, or for more pictures. Thanks!
