Description |

Selling a very straight and rust free 1989 Toyota Landcruiser FJ62 that had a 1989 Dodge 360 motor, automatic transmission, and transfer case swapped in a number of years ago.. Runs and Drives very good (has some get up and go!) but some things were never finished like the speedometer hookup, tachometer, fuel gauge, no smog stuff, and there is no AC.
It spent its life in California and then a few years in Idaho and here in AZ. That means this FJ has always lived in rust free climates and is bone dry inside and out = zero rust.
I did not do the conversion and I know little about it except that the V8 in it is a 1989 Dodge 360 that is a throttle body fuel injection setup.
Things you will like to know...
-Its a Landcruiser!
-1989 Dodge 360 motor, trans, transfer case
-Straight and rust free exterior and underneath
-Completely brand new exhaust system front to back
-Unknown small spring lift about 2"
-New Toyota rear brake shoes
-Original paint (Beige metallic) with a few small areas of clear coat peel
-1 chip in the very center of the windshield
-Interior is VERY NICE!
-All windows, locks, lights, etc. work great.
-No leaks
-Mileage on the body is 268k (most likely the reason they did the V8 conversion!)
-Custom rear bumper
-Aluminum wheels with decent tires
-Original set of 4 chrome 15x6 wheels include (Good shape!)
My intention was to spice it up a bit and use it as a daily driver but with emissions here in Tucson, it would need a bit more work and time to make it emissions legal.
If you need more photos or info, feel free to contact/email me...I do have a video of it driving 3 days ago and can send you a link if wish as I am not sure if it is working properly here in the ad.
