1997 TOYOTA TACOMA XTRACAB 4X4

I hate to sell this truck. it's a fantastic vehicle however. it will not pass VA state inspection because the frame is rusted all the way through. It is a Toyota problem with this year of truck however Toyota will not fix the problem for me and the cost for me to replace the frame is more than I can spend. I have been advised not to drive it but it continues to drive well. Mechanically it's in good shape. The tires are good and the 4WD works well. Cosmetically. it has multiple scraps and dents. It needs to go to someone who has the means to replace/repair the rusty frame.
