04 TDI Jetta Wagon, Manual Trans with Moonroof, Leather and Premium Sound-Diesel

2004 Volkswagen Jetta TDI wagon with manual transmission for sale. This diesel engine gets around 42 mpg in the summer and 39 in the winter. It has 233. 00 miles. I just replaced a wheel bearing. Recently. I started having issues with the engine. I took it to the mechanic and it seems to be an issue with the cylinder 2 injector (this engine has unit injectors). Before I could get that fixed I ran over a nail and trashed one of my tires (currently running on the full size spare) and the driver's window came off the track and dropped inside the door. I really did enjoy driving this car. but those issues are more than I have time to mess with. So. I am hoping to sell it. as is. with a price reflecting the existing issues. The car was a great driver. and it drives OK. even with the engine issue. But it does need to be fixed. VanZeeland's quoted $1100 to fix it but it might be possible to get it done for less than that. The window is held back in place but needs to be fixed so it will open and close again. The brakes are due for service as well. The interior is in great shape and the exterior looks good. Without the issues listed. this would be a $6000 vehicle. If you are looking for a manual wagon TDI to put a little work into. this could be a good deal for $4100. Here are the positive things about the car: It starts well in the cold. The interior is in great shape and has heated black leather seats with no tears. It has keyless entry and power moon roof. There is no substantial rust (only some small bubbles and part of the inside edge of the driver's door). This wagon has proved very useful for transporting larger items with the rear seats folded down. It also has a "monsoon" stereo/CD player and cruise control (both with controls on the steering wheel). It is still very sharp looking. As you can see. the interior is in great shape as well. I have all the head rests. I just store them in the back so they don't block the rear view. Please let me know if you have any questions. or would like to see it.
